This is to let you know how absolutely delighted we are with your work  at Viper’s Wharf.  We have been quite demanding and have appreciated your attention to detail and the trouble you have taken with what has been quite a complicated job.  You have had to think on your feet and adapt to other trades where some of the work has overlapped.

As I mentioned to you, cars have pulled up outside to admire the work and we are looking forward to having your firm back again for the second stage in a few weeks time.
